Scaled Agile Myths
Agile software development practices work great at the team level, but what about outside the team? Organizations struggle with growing programs from one team to many in an attempt to roll out agile development to the whole company. In this presentation we’ll take a look at some prevalent ideas around scaled agile development, what they do well and where to exercise caution. We’ll also reframe the problem and give another perspective on scaling agility.
