London, United Kingdom
Presented by Tom Toner, Archer Bay, PA
Believe it or not, most businesses have some kind of intellectual property. Successful businesses know what their IP is and how/when to protect it. Learn how to identify and protect the intellectual assets that set your business apart from the rest. Early identification is critical to developing a business strategy that maximizes the value of intellectual property. More importantly, proactively identifying assets makes intellectual property protection much more cost effective than you would think.
Learn how to identify and protect:
- Inventions, systems and software (Patents)
- Your brand and image (Trademarks and Trade Dress)
- Materials used in conducting and promoting your business (Copyrights)
- Your secret recipe (Trade Secrets)
- Business relationships (Contracts)
Lunch will be provided. Space is limited. Register no later than Monday, April 1st, 2013.
