In many agile environments, teams are beginning to use Continuous Integration to ensure their code builds and passes initial tests. When it comes to deploying that code to a test or production environment, many teams still build from a local machine then manually change settings. Stop! There’s a better way! We’ll review the basics of Continuous Integration and then explore how we can extend that build chain to package and deploy those builds in a way that both you and your ops team will love. This presentation is open to both development and IT professionals and assume basic software development and IT knowledge of web applications.
