Who will be there:
- Rodney Taylor, Riverside Unified School District's Student Nutrition Director, who has a nationally recognized local farm to salad bar project for schools. He was also recently appointed to the California State Board of Food and Agriculture. Mr. Taylor is also considered a School Food Revolutionary by Jaime Oliver's Rood Revolution.
- Justin Scott-Coe and Pat Silvestri, leaders of the Tequesquite Garden, will speak on community gardens and how to get involved.
- Fortino Morales, UCR Community Garden Coordinator will speak on this work regarding the UCR community garden.
- Samantha Lynne-Wilson of Child Leader Project will speak on Grow Arlanza.
