It is sponsored by the Racial-Ethnic Ministries Division of the EOC Connectional Ministries. The administrators of the project are Paul Chilcote, PhD, Dean of ATS and Gloria Brown, PhD, Director of Racial-Ethnic Ministries for the EOC-UMC.
