Event Details

Join Bricker & Eckler's Brian Begg for lunch at Innovate New Albany for a session as we discuss funding options for your business and what founders can expect during a Seed Stage and Series A round. We will focus on the implications of various traditional financing structures for early stage companies, including preferred stock and convertible debt, and review new financing opportunities presented by the JOBS Act and crowdfunding.

Brian's background is in corporate law; mergers and acquisitions; and federal, state and local taxation.  He has considerable experience in the start-up space. He serves as a strategic partner in the formation and growth of their enterprises and business activities.

The price of admission gets you in the door, your choice of boxed lunch from FreshBox, and a chance to meet and mingle with other entrepreneurs trying to get their business idea to the next step too.
