By registering early you ensure you have a spot at BLOOD & SAND ATLANTIS 2015.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling their vacation. In our desire to be effective and fair to all, and out of consideration for our guests’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
-Upon Cancelation, BLOOD & SAND will reimburse the attendee the full amount of the registration paid minus a $500 cancelation fee.
-It is the responsibility of the attendee to cancel all other reservations they have made for this conference. Example: Resort, Flights, Restaurants, Activities etc.
