Low Sugar Stonefruit Jam at Plymouth Meeting WFM

Join local food blogger and cookbook author Marisa McClellan for a low sugar stonefruit jam class at the Plymouth Meeting Whole Foods Market. Participants will get a chance to help prepare a batch of plum jam, learn the ins and outs of using Pomona's Pectin, and everyone will go home with a small jar of jam. Marisa will walk all attendees through the basics of boiling water bath canning and will happily answer all canning questions.
At the end of the class, Marisa will also be available to sign copies of her new cookbook, Food in Jars: Preserving in Small Batches Year-Round, which will be for sale at the store.
