Event Details

Come and support a great cause by cheering or playing tennis to support building a school in Ethiopia. All net proceeds benefit imagine1day, a Vancouver-based non-profit organization founded in 2007 by the founders of lululemon athletica to bring quality primary school education to every child in Ethiopia.

There will be snacks, silent auction, fun, music, 50/50 raffle prizes and surprises.  $125.00 to play $75.00 solely to attend.

Valet parking provided.

Mary Anna Noveck

Mary Anna Noveck –  recently earned a Global Executive Ed.D from the University of Southern California.  Her doctorate studies concentrated on examining educational challenges and solutions from around the world with her dissertation of practice focused on examining gender inequities in grade 8 Ethiopian girls achievement.  Mary Anna is an avid tennis player and created the Love4Ethiopia charity tennis tournament to spread her passion for tennis, education, and Ethiopia to her local community.  Currently she serves on the U.S. Advisory Board for imagine1day, a non-profit organization working in partnership with the Ethiopian government to improve access to primary education in the most marginalized communities.
