The Love the Lead workshop will help participants develop an understanding of the skills required develop new business leads into long term productive business relationships. The program will also identify the most competitive emotional competencies and behavioral attributes necessary to groom and grow effective sales people (owners) into long-term customer relationship managers.
The workshop will provide resources and tools to assist participants in mastering the art of relationship building by comparing human relationship building to that of creating long-term business partnerships. Specific outcomes include identifying effective lead generating actions, the logical lead development process, needs identification, needs pay-off, ongoing customer relationship management / business retention practices and models, repairing damaged relationships, and coaching CRM practitioners to successful outcomes.
The program will include a free interactive lunch to practice the skills developed in the workshop.
