What should I bring to the event?
Be sure to bring your ticket in printed form or on a mobile device. You should bring a smile and great expectation too!
Also, it is a common practice to bring your favorite dancer flowers and gifts after the show. They will surely appreciate it.
What can't I bring to the event?
Cameras, cellphone cameras, video cameras, and all other types of audio and video recording devices are prohibited during the concert. We have professional photographers and videographers that will capture the event.
Cell phones and other devices with LCD, or other illuminated screens, are also prohibited from use during the concert. This means no ringers, calls, texting, social media, etc. during the concert. If you must use a device, you will need to exit the theatre.
These policies ensure that the dancers are not distracted on stage and every patron can enjoy the experience.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. You should print and bring your ticket to the event.
Are there any discounts for children, students, seniors?
No. All tickets prices are the same regardless of age.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds on tickets.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
The name on pre-sale/family tickets must match the attendee. The name on general admission tickets (advance, regular, at the door) does not need to match the attendee.
