Coach Kim Rice will share with us the benefits of a gluten-free diet, how to implement it to optimize health and achieve and maintain a healthy body weight for you. Kim has lost over 60 pounds and kept if off for seven years. She has also resolved a long list of health issues by removing gluten and other inflammatory foods from her diet. Even if weight loss isn’t your concern, Kim will share with you the importance of doing the gluten-free diet in a way that optimizes your health. Join us as she shares her experience and expertise.

Meet Kim Rice, her blog is  thrivinggf.com,  Kim is a Wellness Coach and “warrior mom” of three children. She has been following a gluten and dairy-free diet since 2007. Kim experienced amazing results losing over 60 pounds and a whole host of health issues along the way. Her son on the autism spectrum has been on the diet since 2009 and it has changed the course of his life. He is now considered “recovered.” As a Wellness Coach, Kim is passionate about helping others transition to a gluten and dairy-free lifestyle.
