Event Details

StudentsFirst California is proud to offer a full day of workshops to empower educators to share their voice in local advocacy and leadership. We want to equip a movement of leaders who are putting the interests of kids first. Whether it’s the DREAM Act or a school-based issue you want to tackle, we want to provide the tools for you to effectively advocate for your students and your community. All-star education leaders will be featured and announced shortly.

1pm Lunch and Learn: Teachers as Leaders with local education partners
2pm Understanding Policy Levers & Advocacy Tools
3pm Panel on Elected Leadership
4pm Networking Event & Raffle

Lunch will be provided and a networking event (happy hour) will follow at a local venue. Join us as we raffle off school supplies, gift cards, and a Kindle!
