"Ten Surprising Tips for Managing Stress"
Join stress management expert Ann Pardo, director of Life Management at the world-renown Canyon Ranch Health Resort in Tucson, as she guides participants through an interactive lecture on controlling stress in daily life. She will discuss the effect that stress can have on your body and how to control and manage the stresses that many encounter. She will also discuss the role of stress management when dealing with pain and disease.

About Ann Pardo:
Ann Pardo is the director of life management at Canyon Ranch Health Resort. She holds a bachelor's degree in dance therapy and a master's degree in counseling. She is certified by the American Counseling Association and has specializes in the effects of stress on the body and stress management in dealing with pain and disease.
Parking is available in the University of Arizona Medical Center – University Campus visitor/patient parking garage. The fee is $1.50 per hour, cash only. Free parking is available after 5:00 p.m., in the UA Zone 1 permit and metered parking lot 2030, just south of the parking garage at East Mabel St., and Martin Ave.
