About this Session
Living Healthy With Arthritis coordinator and Canyon Ranch Health Resort fitness specialist Tracy Shake will guide participants through the unique and relaxing practice of 'Joint Freeing". This class is designed to help alleviate joint pain and surrounding muscle stiffness by working gently though each primary muscle group's range of motion.
Directions and Parking
Heading west on Speedway Blvd., from Campbell, turn right on Cherry Avenue. Heading north, drieve past Helen Street. Directly after Helen Street, on the right-hand side, is a long narrow parking lot. Park in that lot and walk east toward a tall, large, white, metal structure and the buidling will be on your right. Parking is free.
