Living Healthy with Arthritis Active Series
Core Strength and Stability
Canyon Ranch Heath Resort fitness specialist Ronnie Grate will guide participants through specially designed balance and stability exercises. Proper posture techniques along with core strengthening exercises will be taught in this unique session. The session will be taught from seated and standing positions.

Directions and Parking:
Heading west on Speedway Blvd., from Campbell Ave., turn right on Cherry Ave. Heading north, drive past Helen St.. Directly after Helen St., on the right-hand side, is a long narrow parking lot. Park in that lot and walk east toward a tall, large, white metal structure and the building will be on your right. Parking is free.

The Living Healthy With Arthritis program is a community based intervention program that uses education to promote optimal health. The University of Arizona Arthritis Center faculty and staff, as well as experts from the community present topics monthly.
