Aug 25-26 (Thurs & Fri) Stepping into Living Compassion with Kristin Masters
Aug 27-28 (Sat & Sun) Deepening Living Compassion with Robert Gonzales
Each day will run from 9:30-6, with a 90 minute lunch in the midday, except Sunday, which ends at 4pm.
In this non residential retreat you will be joined by a circle of like-minded people seeking support and practice in new ways of holding their inner experience.
Slow, conscious, deliberate and deep, Robert's approach and processes access that space where we can be with the fullness and beauty of our needs and at home in our lives regardless of the conditions we're living with.
If you appreciate the perspective Nonviolent Communication has brought to your life, then accompany us for this opportunity to deepen your practice of living compassion.
The workshop will include:
• Developing an embodied awareness of compassion and authenticity
• Deepening awareness of the beauty of needs
• The inner work of cultivating deep compassion
• Bringing our truth and care into the relational space with others through authentic dialogue
• Transforming the pain of unmet needs through 'natural mourning' into a felt connection with the beauty of needs
Your Attendance Options
If you have some NVC under your belt, and know that you're interested in more of it applied to what happens inside of you, but haven't yet gotten the opportunity to take a workshop with Robert, then it is likely that either option A (Aug 25-26) or option C (Aug 25-28, the whole deal) will work well for you.
If you have both NVC and exposure to Robert's work under your belt, and would like a chance to explore processes and practices that you might not have been exposed to yet, then it is likely that option B (Aug 27-28, Robert Gonzales, assisted by Kristin Masters) will work well for you. You are completely welcome to join us for option C (Aug 25-28, the whole deal), though you might be repeating some of the processes from former retreats in the option A portion. If you've got what it takes for this option, and would love more company to practice with, consider sending friends, family and empathy buddies to the whole deal, and join us for the weekend only.
