His primary approach with clients is through cognitive behavioral theoretical orientation, which focuses on the thoughts and emotions behind behavior. Through his professional training in several modalities, such as neurofeedback, meditation, emotional release techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), clinical hypnotherapy, dialectical therapy (stress, awareness, perspective therapy), and biofeedback, Ryan can find the best pathway to healing for individuals, couples and groups.
Servanthood has been the center of Jonathan and Laura Hopkins sixteen-year marriage. Whether through Jonathan’s position as a high school teacher and coach or their ministry with youth and children in and outside of the church, they seek to bless others by serving. Not long after the birth of their first child in 2006, they were introduced to Young Living Essential Oils, and the journey to health and vitality began. This experience shifted their previously conceived ideas about wellness, purpose, and abundance and set the course for the future. They combined the words thrive and intensity to form Thrivensity in 2013 with the desire wanted to embolden and mentor those who choose to thrive in body, mind, and spirit. Although they travel extensively across North America sharing good news about nutrition and essential oils they make their home in Mount Pleasant, Texas.
