Share Little Ambassadors Etiquette Seminar

Event Details

Does your child or grandchild use Power Words such as, ‘Please’, ‘Thank you’, or ‘I’m Sorry’? Do they sit at the table with good posture and chew with their mouths closed?  When you have visitors in your home, do your children act appropriately?  Do they accept the word ‘No’ without pouting?  Would you like your little one to have the ability to adapt to situations by utilizing the proper rules of etiquette?

The Etiquette and Leadership Institute of Indiana invites young ladies and gentlemen, ages 5 to 7 to the Little Ambassadors Etiquette Seminar.  This five-week etiquette experience is designed to guide each child in the areas of eating protocols, being a good host and guest, as well as making new friends.  Your child will build his or her social skills as they interact through role-play with others their age.  The seminar will enhance their understanding of ‘The 8 Ingredients of an Introduction’, and learn why Power Words are so important.  Students will also learn the ABC’s of table manners and put these skills to practice during a four-course meal.

The Little Ambassadors Etiquette Seminar will be held on September 25th and October 1st, 2nd, 8th, and 9th.

The first 4 sessions will last 45 to 60 minutes; the final session, 1 ½ hours.  The final session will include the dining experience, certificate presentation, and a group photo. Here's a view of subjects by sessions:

The Etiquette and Leadership Institute of Indiana

The Etiquette and Leadership Institute of Indiana (ELII) was born in March 2008 with the goal of educating young people in the areas of manners, civility, rules of etiquette and building a foundation of social skills to instill kindness and respect for others.  We work with ages 5-7 (Little Ambassadors); 8-13 (Young Diplomats); and 14-18 (Young Professionals).

ELII collaborates with non-profits, after-school programs and churches, as well as elementary, middle and high schools.  We also provide individual coaching services.

We are especially proud to associate with the Etiquette and Leadership Institute in Athens, Georgia and the Protocol School of Washington, DC (PSOW).  Our curriculum is taught around the world by numerous etiquette consultants, providing a template for manners and an understanding of etiquette rules and protocols.
