Get creative lighting up your bike and yourself for a 4-mile ride through the streets of Ann Arbor, **"Critical Mass-Style". Put on your Screaming Yellow and Safety Orange, turn on your bike lights, and let's ride!
Because along with bikes, we also love Mitten Music and local beer, so there will be a beer garden after-party at Arbor Brewing Company with music by The Finer Things and Light Out for the Territory, emceed by Tree Town Sound's Matthew Altruda.
There will also be a raffle for some sweet prizes from Moosejaw, Planet Rock, Joshua Tree, and Sonic Lunch Concerts.
Whether you are a seasoned night-rider, or a newbie, come on out and celebrate safety and bike awareness.

Order of Events:
Check-in will be at 7:00 at Arbor Brewing Co.
Demonstration by Wheels in Motion at 7:30
The ride will begin at dark which will be about 8:00
Music, snacks, beer, and raffle from 8:30-11:00
There will be a place to lock your bikes on site, but you must provide YOUR OWN lock. There will not be bike valet. All bikes must be claimed by 11:30 P.M.
- Rain or Shine. Please dress for the weather.
- Must have an ID to be served in the Beer Garden.
- Helmets must be worn.
- The City of Ann Arbor requires riders to have a rear reflector and front headlight after dark.
- Although we calling it "Critical Mass-Style" All riders must obey traffic signals and only ride two abreast.
- All riders must sign a waiver to be eligible to participate.
- Ride will be SAG supported.
- There will be an R.N. from UM available for First Aid if needed.

When & Where
Bike A2 is a 501(c)3 organized to raise awareness about biking and biking safety. Lite Bike is our first official fundraiser, designed to bring awareness about night-riding. Operating under the Theory, "Safety in Numbers," we believe Lite Bike will help raise awareness with automobile drivers about night-riding and the importance of sharing the road by setting a very bright example!
