Matt DiGeronimo: Matthew DiGeronimo is a retired Naval Submarine Officer with a formal education in Nuclear Engineering and Business Administration. He is the founder and senior managing director for Hawaii’s largest Mergers & Acquisitions/Business Brokerage company, Smith Floyd Hawaii. Matt hosts the "The Smith Floyd Water Cooler", a weekly, one-hour, Wednesday morning radio show dedicated to starting, buying, operating, saving, expanding and/or selling a privately held business. He is a top contributor and influencer in many Hawaii LinkedIn Groups including Hawaii Business Magazine Network.

Social Media Club Hawaii is one of over 300 local chapters of the international nonprofit, Social Media Club. The purpose of the club is to develop and share best practices in the use of social media and web 2.0 marketing and communication. This is a business-focused organization, supporting for profit and nonprofit organizations, as well as educational institutions.
