Known for her ability to provide informative, accessible and relatable fashion commentary, Lilliana Vazquez is a host and style expert with more than 250 appearances on NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, Bravo and The Style Network. Vazquez serves as a regular contributor to the Emmy nominated Nate Berkus Show and TBS’ Movie and a Makeover where she shares her frugally fashionable point of view with audiences nationally. She is currently a lifestyle correspondent for New York LIVE on NBC New York, where she covers everything fashion and is a fixture on the red carpet.
Vazquez is also the founder and editor-in-chief of The CheapChica’s Guide to Style, an online fashion resource that is the go-to destination for fashionistas on a budget. The site reaches a national audience of more than 250,000 women each month and is considered the authority on “looking chic for cheap”.
In this two-hour workshop, Lilliana will discuss how to identify audiences who resonate with your unique strengths and interests and how to professionally market yourself as an expert and host both on a local and national level. She will provide one-on-one feedback on your clips/ reels, critique your delivery on pre-provided sides to prepare you for a hosting audition, and challenge each student to prepare a :30 stand up to be delivered on-camera in front of the class to simulate a LIVE environment.
