Live Meeting Details:
There is no reason that .NET applications can't take advantage of the rich ecosystem available in Open Source.
Avi Cavale from Uhuru Software will offer tips and demonstrations of how applications written in .NET on Windows Servers can utilize Open Source services such as MySQL, RabbitMQ and MongoDB. He will be using the Uhuru AppCloud as the underlying Platform as a Service for his demonstrations.
With the right services and techniques .NET can be a great option even when developers want to use Open Source services.
