Event Details

You are invited to this special opportunity to learn more about the Alexander Technique, an alternative method of restoring and maintaining back health.

The Alexander Technique views the Self as a psychophysical unity, and is based on the premise that thinking affects doing. Participants will learn the benefits of a guided Lie-Down session for back health, balance and posture.  Basic principles of this mind-body approach to wellbeing will be introduced.
