WORKSHOP #1&2 (REDUX): Wednesday, January 16th from 12:00pm - 5:00pm
WORKSHOP #3 (Strategy+Design): Thursday, January 17th from 8:15am - 5:00pm
With Everyday Solutions (Workshop #1) and Big Projects (Workshop #2) under our belts, we are surging ahead with how to practically include and unleash others in shaping STRATEGY & DESIGN.
There are 11 fabulous Liberating Structures to help illuminate the way:
Once again, we'll be offering a REDUX Workshop on January 16th that will introduce & integrate many of the LS covered in the first two workshops. We've been receiving feedback that the immersive experience of attending both days seems to be valuable to novices and LS veterans alike. First time participants will gain enough familiarity with LS to be prepared for the Strategy + Design session.
Strategy + Design will be the focus on January 17th. Bring your boss, strategy gurus, colleagues and friends who want to dive deeply into strategy development with a liberating twist. We turn our attention next to how LS allow you to include and unleash everyone in shaping strategy and adapting within fast-moving environments.
We will have special guests from business, NGOs, and healthcare with stories to tell. Henri Lipmanowicz has been invited to return for this workshop.
We have a limited number of scholarships available. If you need financial assistance in order to facilitate your participation, please reach out to Keith directly at (email@example.com).
If you have logistical questions or registration issues, please direct your inquiries to Fisher Qua (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Special Entry Instructions: When you get to the Nordstrom building, it will be locked. We will have 'runners' available to let you in and give you access to the elevator.
