What do you need to consider when you start a restaurant or food service business?  Learn from three SCORE Counselors who have successful track records owning their own food service businesses.  They will presentation the lessons they have learned and also answer questions.  Some of the planned discussion topics include:  Why, what, and how do you research as you prepare your business plan?  What are the various kinds of opportunities you might consider?  How much money will you need and where might you get it?  What is a business plan and why is it so important to your success?  How do you get and manage the people you will need to run your business?
