Drawing from his experiences as an entrepreneur and investor, Mr. Terracina will provide an insider’s perspective on avenues for growing your small business. Learn how to approach investors, what they are looking for, whether they are a good fit for your business, and how to negotiate an arrangement that suits both parties.
About the Speaker: Roy Terracina is the vice chairman and chair of the Audit Committee for U.S. Global Investors, Inc. in San Antonio (GROW-NASDAQ), an Advisory Board Member of Milestone Partners Private Equity in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Access Venture Partners in Boulder, Colorado. He is currently the chairman of the board of Our Lady of the Lake University. Roy is also on the board of the Harvey Najim Family Foundation in San Antonio, Texas, a board member of Michael Angelo's Gourmet Italian Foods in Austin, Texas and Key Green Insulation Company in San Antonio, Texas. He is on the regional board of the World President's Organization, and was nominated as Entrepreneur of the Year by Venture Magazine and was recognized in "Who's Who in America," "Who's Who in Finance" and "Emerging Leaders." Roy earned both his bachelor's of science and master's degrees from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
