On Thursday, September 26, Chef Greg Biggers and Pastry Chef Leigh Omilinsky will welcome Wine Specialist Steve Tauschman of Southern Wine & Spirits to join them for Café des Architectes' Les Amis du Chef dinner in honor of French Wine Week.
French Wine Week is a week-long initiative stemming from the new Sofitel Wine Program that promotes "Coup de Coeur" (favorite) wines selected by French wine authorities Bettane & Desseauve implemented in 25 Sofitel hotels around the world.
In honor of this exciting initiative, Café des Architectes will feature its Les Amis du Chef menu, this time with a heavy focus on French wine.
Guests can select reservation times between the hours of 5:30 and 10 p.m. The menu features five courses paired with wines. The ticket cost includes tax and gratuity. This is a 21+ event.
