We're starting a Lemonade Day Seed Fund, from which kids participating in Lemonade Day 2013 can access start-up funding for their lemonade businesses! We've organized a "think tank" to work on structuring the Fund so that kids of all ages, socio-economic backgrounds and all geographic areas (within the 9-county region) can make a "pitch" for their start-up funding.
Our goal is to raise $5,000 through this event and donations that follow.....so, we need investors (investors = donors)! Tell your friends, work colleagues, family members, EVERYONE YOU KNOW to join us for this event! We need to pack the house to hit our fundraising goal!
The Lemonade Day National Office will be in the house to see how we do things "Indy-style".....let's show them that Indianapolis is a hotbed of entrepreneurship, that we're inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs!
Parking & Event Entrance: Parking will be available in the parking lot on the southside of the building and on Winthrop Ave. Enter The Speak Easy through the doors on the west side of the building.

In an effort to expand Lemonade Day and reach more kids throughout the Greater Indianapolis area, Lemonade Day Greater Indianapolis has identified four “Community Champions” in Fishers, Boone County, Johnson County, and Pendleton. Serial entrepreneur and Launch Fishers founder John Wechsler returns. Jon Gilman, CEO of Zionsville-based Clear Software; Steve Spencer, President & CEO, Spencer Management Group and President of the City’s Economic Development Commission; and Arin Anderson, Owner, Anderson Creative, will join Wechsler to “champion” the Lemonade Day cause in their communities. As Community Champions, each will have the opportunity to add their own flavor to Lemonade Day in their community and encourage local businesses, schools and other community organizations to support the program.
