Davina Amiri practices entertainment law as a solo practitioner and is of counsel to the firm Abraham & Agwu Attorneys at Law PLLC. Her practice focuses on reviewing and negotiating publishing, recording, and distribution deals for musicians and film makers. At Abraham & Aguw, she represents clients on various matters including business and family law. Davina has several years of e-discovery experience consulting on corporate electronic document retention and discovery primarily for securities litigation. Additionally, Davina is dedicated to pro-bono work, and represents unaccompanied minors for asylum through the non-profit Kids In Need of Defense. Davina also is a musician and improv artist.
Elena O. Ayot is an intellectual property (IP) attorney. Prior to joining the Intellectual Property Group of the Law Department at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, Ms. Ayot was Counsel in the Boston office of Perry, Krumsiek & Jack, LLP where she focused her practice on patent and trademark prosecution, trademark counseling, litigation, and patent and trademark licensing agreements. Ms. Ayot works with associates of the SanEle Group to provide comprehensive services to clients, including grant research and writing, and marketing and legal strategies. In her spare time, Ms. Ayot enjoys art and cultural affairs, jet skiing, kayaking, and skydiving.
