Topic:  You will learn: 

             - About the various leaves we need to be aware of and how they interrelate to one another.

             - What is a disability?

             - Employers and interactive process.

             - Employers' requirements to reasonably accomodate employees on disability leave.

             - Additional leave time for a reasonable accomodation. 

             - How disability-related laws interact with other employment laws.


Speakers:  Attorneys Deborah Petito and Leonard Brazil, from the law firm of Clark & Trevithick, APLC  have experience in litigation practice, primarily in the areas of labor and employment issues including wage and hour matters and terminations.

Space is limited. Must register by May 3, 2013. Registration fee includes: Lunch, seminar materials, and parking. Cost: Members - $20.00 Non-members - $40.00 Substitutions welcome.


Advance registration required. No refunds after: May 3, 2013.  If you make a reservation and do not attend, you will be billed unless you cancel by May 3, 2012.  There will be an additional $20 fee per person on the day of the event for late registration, payments not received, or postmarked by May 3, 2013.
