Greg is a Colorado Realtor and attorney. He is also a principal with Investors Choice Funding, LLC, a private money lending company. Greg has assisted hundreds of investors with the structure, acquisition, financing and selling of investment properties.

Background: Greg Parham is a co-founder and Manager of First Alliance Title, LLC, a title insurance and escrow company serving the entire Colorado Front Range. Since 1994 Greg has practiced law in private practice as well as General Counsel for a multi-state mortgage banking firm. First Alliance Title is the second of two successful title ventures founded by Greg. In 2002 he founded Vista Title, and operated that company until selling it in 2009. In addition to the title and legal work, Greg is a licensed real estate broker.
Lectures/Presentations:Greg is a frequent lecturer on matters pertaining to residential and commercial real estate, including foreclosure laws, real estate contracting, seller finance, short sale transactions, landlord tenant matters, and the structuring of complex real estate transactions.
