We all need stress relief from time to time. Whether it's the need to unwind after a long day, or the experience of always feeling anxious, Energy Psychology can be applied to helping relieve the feelings of stress, nervousness or anxious feelings.
In this session we'll be discussing what is Energy Psychology and some of the common methods used, such as EFT. This will also include a (voluntary) group participation. You will leave feeling more relaxed and at ease with life.
