Learning Disabilities Association 25th Anniversary Awareness Fundraiser
Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (PDT)
New York, NY
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
In our 25th year we are focusing on Support, Success and Social Awareness. We invite you to join us in celebrating 25 years of supporting New Yorkers with learning disabilities. Meet our staff & clients who we support and enjoy refreshments while taking a tour of our facility. Also enjoy an Emmy Award winning special guest speaker as he discusses his current film about learning disabilities.
In 2013, we helped our clients achieve their goals of passing GED exams, college entrance exams and retaining jobs for more than six months--- all major successes! Please help us continue our 25th Anniversary mission of Support, Success and Social Awareness by making a contribution to support our programs.
With your tax deductible donation you can:
- ● Provide an Educational Assessment Scholarship
- ● Provide Educational Support for individuals struggling with GED prep & college courses
- ● Continue to support individuals struggling with a learning disability to find and retain jobs
- ● Enhance our Learning Lab to accommodate more clients to study, research & apply to jobs using assistive technology.
We know you share our belief that we make a valuable contribution to our great City by supporting, informing and referring those, especially the underserved, struggling with learning disabilities. Please help us continue to do so.
