Join Dr. Jo Robins at the Downtown YMCA at 5:30 p.m. on January 31 for the second of two free classes on meditation. You will learn about tai chi and qui gong meditation techniques designed to improve coping, reduce stress and improve health outcomes. There is no cost to participate.
