Join Dr. Jo Robins at the Downtown YMCA at 5:30 p.m. on January 24 for the first of two free classes on meditation: what it is, what the research is telling us and how to do it. You will learn basic techniques aimed at cultivating mindfulness, a heightened level of self awareness thought to improve coping, reduce stress and improve health outcomes.
