Lean UX Research Techniques Video Recording
Startup founders, first employees, and entrepreneurs want to learn from their customers about their needs and abilities. They need to implement lean UX research techniques to be able to come up with sustainable businesses. This class will open with the heart and soul of good research: focused research questions. Later, we'll learn about three key research questions that every entrepreneur wants to answer with UX research. We'll spend the most time of the class on learning three techniques to answer the research questions we identified: experience sampling, card sorting, and usability testing.
-What are UX research questions and why are they so important
-Three questions each startup founder needs to answer with research
-Three lean UX research techniques to help answer these questions
-Level pre-requisite: beginner (you don't need to know anything about UX)
*Students will receive an email with the link to the livestream a few hours before the class begins.
