Lean User Testing Basics

User testing is important but is often overlooked due to budget, time, and resource constraints. This class will explain how lean user testing can support the website or product design process and can be employed to deliver better user experience. Students will receive 5 free test credits from UserTesting.com (a $245 value).

About the Instructor:
Jessica DuVerneay is an Information Architect at The Understanding Group, an information architecture consulting practice based in Ann Arbor, MI. The Understanding Group helps companies create delightful user experiences by bringing order to complex information spaces. Clients range from non-profits to large corporations. Jessica also organizes conferences such as the World IA Day.
