Kevin Divine from Hunoval Law Firm Presentation, Room 904: 7pm
Virtually unheard of in the legal services industry, Lean Six Sigma provides powerful tools and methods for improving and standardizing repetitive processes. In partnership with the University of North Carolina – Charlotte, The Hunoval Law Firm has begun to redefine process standards, reduce lead times and drive fact-based performance into an industry that has gone vastly unchanged for hundreds of years. In this session, we will discuss how we introduced metrics and measures into legal business processes, and present step-by-step results from greenbelt projects, which produced significant improvements reducing lead times in the first legal action milestones for default services both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure states, North Carolina and South Carolina, respectively.
