Entrepreneurs apply "Build-Measure-Learn" to Customer Discovery and building their MVP. But... once it's time to find paying customers, you can also use "Build-Measure-Learn" in your sales process. Scott will identify specific places in your sales model to experiment and optimize your sales. Come ready to think and take notes - this is a rapid fire session where you'll walk out with specific ideas to apply to your company right away.
About the instructor:
Scott Sambucci has spent 15 years building the sales teams, sales processes, and products for Silicon Valley start-ups and big companies alike, and in both cases, selling enterprise solutions to Wall Street firms, Fortune 500 companies, and the US Government. At the 2012 Lean Startup Conference, Scott co-hosted a workshop entitled "Engineering Your Sales Process." He recently published "Startup Sales: How to sell if your really, really have to and don't know how," available on paperback and Kindle.
He helps lean startups and companies discover, develop, validate, and scale their sales models. In addition to his business experience, Scott has taught Economics, Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management at several universities across the world and received teaching awards for his work. He's a three-time Ironman triathlete.
