Join us for a fun couple of hours in exploring the world of everthing GREENS! The most pleasing color to the eye, leafy greens are the most nutrient-dense and intrinsicaly delicious of foods. From braising to wraps, Kale chips and salads, stuffing and sauteeing, we'll go around the world to sample what other cultures put in their greens and what those greens are! From Arugula to Watercress, Arame to Wakeme, there will be more beta- carotene in this class than you can shake a stick at!! As usual there will be recipes to take home and try and nutrition information which translates to YUM! Maybe even a surprise guest :-)
