Lisa Tatum, LM Tatum, PLLC, The Tatum Law Practice
Ms. Lisa Tatum, a 2007 Texas Rising Star by SuperLawyers, was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1995 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts, in 1991 and her Juris Doctorate Degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, Santa Clara, California, in 1994.
Ms. Tatum’s legal experience includes serving as a Bexar County Assistant Criminal District Attorney, as an attorney for Escamilla & Poneck, Inc. (now Escamilla, Poneck & Cruz, Inc.) and as the Managing Associate for West & Associates, L.L.P. where she opened, established, operated and managed the firm’s San Antonio satellite office for more than four years. Ms. Tatum is admitted to practice law before all courts of the State of Texas, the United States District Court of the Western District, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
TJ Haygood, Founder & CEO, Confidential Search Solutions
Mrs. TJ Haygood, is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Confidential Search Solutions (CSS). TJ and her team represent some of the most prestigious companies in San Antonio, Texas and across the country. Their unique “triangular business perspective,” brings significant value to their clients.
Professionally, TJ is a certified personnel consultant with over 25 years of significant corporate, business, and government industry experience in accounting, business ownership, corporate training, and executive recruiting. She has received numerous job promotions, corporate awards, exotic trips, and a designation as a Yellow Rose of Texas by the Governor of Texas. In 2009, TJ took a huge leap of faith in the middle of the Great Recession when her husband retired from the Air Force to start Confidential Search Solutions, an employment consulting and training company. Within three years, TJ became the 2012 recipient of the Small Business Leadership Award from the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, in San Antonio, Texas and was invited to the White House.

Terry Pierre prides herself in being the steer-head and foundation to several successful businesses. Her faith, quick wit and unwavering determination to succeed has propelled her to levels beyond her imagination. Very early on, Pierre knew she would be an entrepreneur, as her family is filled with self-made successors and risk takers. It only felt natural for Pierre to slide into this multi-tasked position.
As a native of 'the music capital of the world', Austin TX, and a 1st generation descendant of Trinidad & Tobago, Terry Pierre has cultivated a sincere adoration for traveling, culture and diversity.
Pierre graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, with a bachelors degree in Corporate Communications and a minor in Business Foundations. Directly after graduation, Pierre was recruited to help boost several Fortune 500 companies. Now, she is expanding her very own empire, all the while, developing her expertise in the areas of strategic planning, business development, marketing, management and public affairs.
Natalie M Cofield, Founder, Walker's Legacy
A millennial that found inspiration at the nexus of business, community and politics, Cofield has carved a niche for herself as an entrepreneur, advocate, and speaker on all things business and diversity. Her work has spanned continents, communities and corporations and can currently be found impacting lives and bottom-lines at organizations in cities like Austin, New York, DC, LA, Nairobi and beyond.
She has presented on the topic of minority business development for universities including: Harvard University, Howard University, Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Texas at Austin, among others. In 2013 Cofield provided an intensive international course on the history of minority business development in the United States for Zumbi Dos Palmares University in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
A thought-leader on the topic of diversity and business, Cofield has provided testimony before the US Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship and has contributed featured columns to Forbes.
Cofield's work has been featured on the cover of Black Enterprise and has been covered by Forbes, Ebony, C-Span, and BusinessInsider, among others.
