Imagine…

A federal government where leaders create climates of innovation every day.

They are!

Please join the Partnership for Public Service and Hay Group for the release of Leading Innovation in Government, a study about the unique attributes of federal leaders who have successfully promoted innovation.

We have heard the President’s call for greater innovation in government. There are real challenges to meeting this goal, but they are surmountable. We studied federal leaders who navigated these barriers and achieved remarkable results. The good news is that the attitudes and actions that propel innovation leaders and their teams to success are learnable. Come hear these stories and learn the leadership attributes that have successfully driven innovation in the federal government.
