Leadership Succession Planning for Your Arts Organization [Webinar for NYSCA Grantees]
A Webinar Presented by Audrey Grifel, Capacity Building Advisor, NYCON

November 14th, 2012     10:00am to 11:30am
A Free Educational Webinar for NYSCA Grantees Only

Succession happens - your executive leadership will turn over sometime, whether it is sooner or later. Are your board members  and management staff prepared for unexpected, temporary or planned permanent change in executive leadership? Succession planning is the process of thinking through various scenarios and developing strategies and tools that will help organize the successful selection of a qualified successor while minimizing the adverse effects of the transition.  Board and executive leaders are invited to participate in this session to discuss how your nonprofit can develop a succession plan that works for you.
