Leadership, Ethics, and Independence: How to Recruit, Keep, and Promote Great Board Members

 

Does your organization struggle with recruiting and keeping great board members? Learn the key strategies for recruiting the right board members for your organization. This session will also address board ethics as well as training and assessment tools for developing current board members into leadership positions.

 

Time: 9:30AM- 12:30PM

 

University of Illinois-Chicago

Institute for Health and Research Policy 

1747 W. Roosevelt Road

Room 361, Third Floor Conference Room (turn right as you exit the elevators)

 

 

Parking is available in the lot on Wood and Taylor for about $12.00, or you may utilize meters around the building, which are $1.25 per hour for up to 10 hours.  There are also pay boxes but they are only for 2 hours.  If you need a receipt and your organization will reimburse parking, the Wood Street lot is recommended. 

 

Coffee and Pastries will be available.
