Edward Lee visits the Atelier from Louisville, Kentucky where he is chef/owner of the highly praised 610 Magnolia and Milkwood. A three-time James Beard finalist for Best Chef: Southeast, and Top Chef: Texas Alum, Edward Lee released his first book, Smoke & Pickles, sharing recipes and stories from a new Southern kitchen.
