BIO:
Ralph Rivas
A Microsoft booster since the first versions of DOS and Windows, Ralph has been working with .NET as a developer, architect and mentor since it became commercially available and even continues to run one of the original INETA hands-on user groups, the DOT NET BASEMENT CLUB.  His specialty of late leans heavily on Enterprise Solutions with both straight forward .NET technologies and SharePoint of which he is a recognized expert and resource in the community.  Has been with Magenic for over ten years and brings a breadth of experience and expertise to his engagements and his presentations.  Most recently, he has taken the hands-on framework from his user group work and has adapted it to the “Code Dojo” style of knowledge practice and exercise. With major projects behind him, he is making is return foray to the user group circuit to share his experience and knowledge.
