Event Details

The River is Here!
New Braunfels is known for a river. There is life and excitement on and because of the river. It energizes and gives direction.

Jesus also told us of the River of the Holy Spirit that he gives that “will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” (John 4:14)

Jesus later added, “Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” (John 7:38)

The Spirit floods us with eternal life and flows out of us as a blessing!

The Holy Spirit is not a spectator sport! Where is God’s current taking us?

Dates

August 2 - 3 are the dates to put on your calendar. Friday’s schedule begins at 4:00 PM and will include business with delegates. Saturday’s registration begins at 8:00 AM and the program begins at 8:30 AM

As is our custom in LCMC, we will focus our energies on Christ, Fellowship and Mission. We will handle some business, but it will be kept to a minimum. There will be a number of breakout sessions and ministry displays as resources.

Organizer

LCMC Texas District Council

The LCMC Texas District Council is tasked with the organization operations of the District, including but not limited to the day to day operations of the District, fellowship opportunities, planting churches within the state of Texas, and organizing and hosting a District Convention each year.  The District Council is elected to a three year term from the voting delegates at each Annual District Convention and then the officers are elected from the Council itself to a one year term.  We appreciate their service and commitment to the many miles driven on behalf of making our District such and awesome team environment in which to carry out the Great Commission.
