Previous exits include being a founding shareholder and Chairman of Optical Solutions, the leading worldwide provider of GPON and IPTV systems acquired by Calix, and a founding shareholder of NextNet, a Wi-Max equipment provider acquired by Clearwire Communications. Steve Hoffman (a.k.a. Captain Hoff) is a high tech serial entrepreneur, cofounder of Founders Space, and angel investor.
