Location: NAS Jacksonville Bldg. 13, Room 101 (this is the WorkSource entrance on the far end of the Navy Relief building. Building 13 is on your left after you have turned onto Yorktown Road prior to the Main Gate entrance. If you go through the ID check point you have gone too far).
